Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping carrier.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship to:
– Austria
– Germany
– Croatia
We plan to expand shipping to more EU countries in the future.
Products
Are your products authentic and sealed?
Yes. All products sold by Blaka Collecta are 100% authentic and factory sealed, unless otherwise stated.
Do you sell loose packs or only sealed products?
We mainly sell sealed products.
Do you weigh booster packs?
No. We do not weigh or manipulate booster packs. All products are sold exactly as received.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. According to EU consumer protection laws, customers have 14 days to withdraw from their purchase, provided the products is unused and in its original condition.
Can I return opened trading card product?
Opened trading card product cannot be returned, as the contents can no longer be verified.
Orders
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no logner possible.
